Shipping
In order to maintain our high standards, our products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Payment Methods
We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Discover MasterCard, and Visa.
Turnaround
Items will not be Shipped until payment has been received.
We will ship sold items on Monday through Friday, except on Holidays.
Most items are shipped within 7 business days of receipt of payment.
Carriers
We use USPS (United States Postal Service) 3rd Day Select or Ground to
deliver our orders.
We currently only ship within the USA. We will not ship to APO's.
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class mail will not have tracking numbers.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
Should an item be required to be returned back to us, then you should be Contact Us as soon as possible, should the error be from ourselves then a refund (not including postage) will be issued subject to reason and the final decision will be made by us.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and you must notify us within 7 working days from the date the goods were delivered, of any shortages, defects in the goods or any other complaint you have in respect of them.
Should the error be that of the customer then we reserve the right to charge fee and charge any costs that were incurred in the collection/delivery of the items.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
You must return the item within 7 days of your purchase.
